All intellectual property rights concerning the site including, but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, images and other materials are owned by The White Orchid Ltd. The White Orchid Ltd (name) and logo are both registered trademarks. No content or design trademarks may be reproduced, copied, used, sold and/or duplicated without our prior written consent.
Access to Our Site
After placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail confirming the value of your order, which has been debited from your credit or debit card. We will contact you by email or telephone if we have any queries relating to your order.
We may provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking, that products you purchase from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are disclaimed by us absolutely. We reserve the right to contact you by email, after the first order.
All prices for products on our website are inclusive of VAT at current rates. All prices, unless stated otherwise, exclude delivery. Prices are liable to change at any time. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a product’s price is higher than the stated price on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject the order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to supply you with the product at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation.
We accept Visa (Credit and Debit), Mastercard, and Paypal amongst some of the major credit cards (please check when ordering online). All payments must be made in British Sterling (£). All credit and debit transactions are processed by Halifax Bank of Scotland, so you can have full confidence that our online ordering service is secure. All cards are subject to validation and checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery if, for any reason, your card issuer refuses to authorise payment. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
We will send out goods according to the delivery day and option as detailed by you in the ‘notes’ box. We reserve the right to substitute flowers to the value of the order placed if we do not have the exact flower in stock. Our goods are sent out by courier on a signature optional delivery. This means that the flowers can be left on the property including porch or step, or with a neighbour if there is no one home to accept delivery. If there is an alternative place to leave the product, please make it clear to us in the notes box when ordering. We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown. We do not accept any liability for incorrect address numbers, house names, road names or postcodes leading to incorrect deliveries. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays by courier. Please enquire about local delivery times and days.
Amending Your Order

Our Refunds Policy
We guarantee our flowers for a minimum of 5 days from delivery provided that the care instructions are followed. We endeavour to dispatch the freshest flowers available and in the unlikely event of the flowers being damaged during delivery, please keep the flowers and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be liable for claims outside this time frame. We will offer to replace the flowers or product and when this is not possible, we will offer a full refund to the purchaser.
