Nicole Liew started in the fashion industry working for a company based in Singapore which sells to Japan and the United Kingdom mainly. She delved into floristry at The Jane Packer School of Flowers as a hobby but later found an undying love for the art.

Nicole apprenticed herself with a Belgian floral designer and a year later, established The White Orchid in 2002. In 2012, she took part in the floristry section of The Hampton Court Palace Flower Show and got her first medal.

Now, Nicole concentrates on working on special commissions, private parties, weddings and consultancy work from a studio.
